Takes me back to my roots of BMX racing. Flat out launching those waves.
Definitely impressive and makes me want an Apache!

Racerngr1 09-30-2012 10:02 AM

Guess he doesn't worry about breaking anything to run his boat like that. Incredible boat.

92nsx 09-30-2012 10:07 AM

That was some killer big air off those swells / waves. Nice find!!

mike tkach 09-30-2012 10:15 AM

sure there are, this is a purpose built race boat. It was originally the lil Caesars 41. I don't recall if it originally was a 3 pack or not, but there are plenty of race boats out there today that take a pounding.

Yo Rob. Was it the 41 or the 47 lil Ceasars that rolled off the trailer?

POWERPLAY J 09-30-2012 05:45 PM

On another note I doubt many of the new school potato chip boats could withstand the abuse without issues. Pantera 41 is a good example.

benjen 10-18-2012 09:33 PM

Are you guys sure the driver was killed. Seems to me he was shown driving a new cat not that long ago. Pretty sure it was a blue cat. For the life of me I just can't remember what boat manufacturer it was.

It was not the driver/owner. I think it was a front passenger or throttleman. From what I remember hearing....and don't quote me...I think the person that was killed hit his head on the fairing or dash.

Full Force 10-19-2012 05:10 AM

It happened in that video? is that why he slowed dosn after that second huge jump?
