Attachments?????
 
When I click on attachments a black transparent square appears but no picture of the attachment. Anybody else encounter this? If so how did you fix it? Thanks.

This happens on my ipad and iphone sometimes, but has never happened to me on a windows based computer.

What are you surfing with? If you are on an ipad download the google browser app and use that instead of safari.

Browsing with IE. Tried downloading Google Chrome and still the same.

I believe the attachment program is java, try updating that
