I am far from a expert on the LS? motors but sheer cost and the fact that the Cadillac version has a stronger block contributed to the decision I believe but mind you I had no role in this but I am very excited about this engine package. I could be wrong, often am, but if they can just change the pulley's and program this little motor could be quite potent.

The builder is using the LSA with the LS9 crank and dry sump. Much less expensive than the LS9. Great power to weight ratio when coupled to the ASD7's

How different are these two boat's hulls from Dale's? Are they just wider with same running surface? I know his has gone 158mph so far with the standard beam (9' 9" I think). Sorry for all the questions, these boats really interest me. |
