Transporter for Suburban......PA to VA

Likely buying a 2011 Suburban for the wife (you may remember the story of her totaling the previous one). The one I've found is in Manheim PA 17545 and would need to get to Mechanicsville VA 23116.

I've bought several vehicles out of state before but always went to get them myself. Any suggestion on who/where/how much it would cost to have this brought to me?

It would be a lot better to go get it your self.

I'd just rent an Avis junker from VCC and drive it up there one way. Its not a long trip.

I bought my truck from a dealer in MO and had it transported to PA. It was a few hundred dollars but I just had the dealer arrange for everything and work it into the deal. It was quite painless and the truck arrived on a car carrier to my front door.

10am-2pm thru the two isn't bad.

8pm-10PM isn't bad either.

Night travel is always better, but you run the risk of construction.
I'll take rush hour over construction.

Also, check out www.slug-lines.com
System works fantastic & I use it all the time.

Hey Russ,
We meet a couple of weeks ago when I was rafted up to you guys in the gravel pits.
I may be going up in that direction this Sat. If I do, I could probably drive it back for you if you're comfortable with that. Let me know if I can help. Keith
