F1 USGP Austin TX Hotels and Tickets?
 

Any OSOers know of any places to stay in Austin TX for the USGP? I'm also looking for 3 tickets.

Any Suggestions would be helpful!!!

We are staying at Mansion at Judges' Hill. No spare tickets. Sorry!

You should be able to snag tickets on craigslist. As far as hotels go, good luck. As far as I know they've been sold out for months.

Did they ever put stands in turn one?

fionn ticks are for two buddies and myself. If you talk to your muscle milk boys tell them to put it Kyle Marcelli's tab (he's been one of the drivers in their LMPC car).

He's owes me for 2008 at Road Atlana! (he's actually a good kid and it was a legit racing incident, but still!!!!)

does anyone know, is staying in "downtown austin" reasonable to get to the track?

Its gonna be a mess traffic wise,parking wise, hotel wise.etc..
They are still working around the clock to get track finished, some things like parking lots,entrances,etc are still being built .. Dowtown Austin is already a madhouse on weekends, this is gonna push it over th edge.. Unfortunately I work in that mess.. Ill be running sound for F1 parties at the Liberty Tavern in the Hilton thurs,fri,sat.. Come by and say Hi!

if we make it down there I'll try to get there!

Although, I'm thinking maybe it might be a better idea to hold off till next year and do some actual pre-planning.
