Sportboat Magazine Cancelled?

Does anybody know if another publishing company picked up Sportboat magazine? I heard the magazine was cancelled.....

The Long Awaited: Deck meeting hull

The new 21 Scout will now be fiberglass bonded together from the inside, top to bottom bulkheads installed and also bonded for greater structural support throughout the entire boat.

Thanks, glad to see it together. Still undecided about the graphics. More interested in rigging and interior first.
