Cincinnati Poker Run this weekend!

This is usually an 80 or so boat run, and a lot of Fun. Party on Friday,- Who is going to be there?

We plan on bringing 7-8 boats (being it is a whole 3 min drive for us). We will be offering a bunch of Demo rides, a racing school to be linked with a race, and will also be leasing out a few boats for the run. Come see us, our beautiful river (pray for no rain till Sunday) and waterfront - and lets all go have some fun this weekend.

Amy 07-16-2002 07:10 PM

Mr. Offshore-
Glad to see that you will be here again this year for the run. I will be on D dock with some friends. Come down and say hello if you get a chance. Will you take some of my friends for a test ride? I've told them all about the boat and how I got started in all this. They have only seen pictures and I know some of them would love the speed. Let me know. Hope to see you this weekend. We will have all the boat drinks you need so just stop on over to D dock.
Amy

Reindl Powerboats 07-16-2002 07:17 PM

The run is $400 and it goes to the parties and back to the prizes. It is a very well run event! And a blast. Mr Offshore and Amy we will see you there!

Boat is still broke, but if I manage to stay in town this weekend I am going to be a boat b***h for some lucky captain......HeHehe...."Move over dammit, my turn to drive, you shut your mouth, get in the back and keep an eye out for Merlin....!!!"

rbtnt 07-16-2002 07:34 PM

Looks like there will be a couple of 28' Eliminators from Central Ohio.

Sea Ya 07-16-2002 10:38 PM

All OSO members let themselves be known smehow.
I'll be in a 33' Scarab. If

birdog 07-17-2002 06:52 AM

Well,I gotta admit........I thought this was just the same old local guys running up & down the river.........Sounds like this has evolved into something more! Story of my life...wrong place at the wrong time!:D

Everybody have fun & be safe !!!!!

Erie is waiting for me!!!!!!!!!1

Doug 07-17-2002 10:36 AM

Come on birdog change you plans. I don't want to be the only Cigarette there again this year. The Fountans are beating up on me. We are leaving thursday after work and it's about a 3 hour drive. Hope to be in the water around 7:30pm. This is are 3rd year and believe me it's a great time and alot of good people. Friday the he run down river to the casino is fun and the party that night WOW, and then saturday I think it's about 120 miles round trip. The lunch and dinner are really 1st class. Hope the weather is like it has been here all week. See everybody there. :D :D :D Doug

Good news on some hotels guys. Just made arrangments with the Crown Plaza in Cincinnati. $75.00 when you mention code RPB. Great place to stay with some great rooms. Tiffany's, Saks Fifth Ave. and Palomino (a great restaurant) surrounds the building - so the ladies will have something to do also. Check out the rooms at www.cvg-downtown.crowneplaza.com
Sauna
Hot tub
2 room suites

I just edited this post... Dont forget the "e" in Crowneplaza

Hope to see you all there!

Chris,
How has it been going? Hearing lots of good stuff on your program...Sonic will be pretty well represented at this run as well. Looks like the weather will cooperate, the coasties are being social, the marina is nice and deep, the food/beer trucks are rolling in and things are shaping up to be quite the extravaganza! Local law enforcement has made it known that they were not amused with one "particular portion" of the Friday night party "nekkid water sports event" from last year (not the wet -T's by the way) so copies of the legal definition of "obscenity" for N.Kentucky will be available... ya' know, just to ensure everbody knows how far to push it!:D :D ;)

Reindl Powerboats 07-17-2002 12:50 PM

Dan,

Great to hear from ya! See you Friday for the Mini run.
Looking forward to seeing all those new Sonic's in the water as well. They sure are beautiful on the inside and out.
Chris
Rumor is the party will be off the hook with a few new surprises.

Doug 07-17-2002 01:00 PM

Now Now Chris this is a POKER RUN WEEKEND :D :D :D NOT an shopping spree weekend    LOL It is a great city with alot to do. Birddog it starts at Watertown in Dayton KY and the first stop is up river in New Richmond then back down for the second stop in front of Four Seasons and then lunch at watertown. After lunch down river and stop at Captains Cove and then Aurora. Back up river and the last stop is at Ludlow Bromley and then back to watertown. Thats what it was in the past so I guess it's the same. All the stops have there own theem and then we vote who had the best. I kind of liked the painted bathing suit the girl had at the last stop two years ago.:D Have fun in Erie

Allan4 07-17-2002 01:25 PM

I have decided not to attend due to the Economic Boycott in Cincy.........:D

Actually, I am supposed to be out of town (thought the Poker Run was the last weekend in July like last year)and the boat is broke, but all this talk about parties, chicks and horsepower has me reconsidering. Riendl, call me if you need help this weekend, I will be back in town Thurs night, maybe I will stick around for the weekend, supposed to head north Fri afternoon. Later

Dano 07-17-2002 01:41 PM

Chris,
Probably won't make the mini-run I'm trying to get a couple boats dialed in (one of which we will be running...hopefully). Should be a great time had by all at both the party and the run. look forward to seeing you there.
Dan

Reindl Powerboats 07-17-2002 02:57 PM

Allan,
Can we put your engine in one of our 24's then? We had a guy in LA just do 112 with similar power in one of our 24's!
Anyway, stop by the shop and come party with us this weekend. This is not the event to miss.
Chris

Eman 07-17-2002 04:24 PM

What a panty waste. I can't believe you would miss the party.:D

merlin540 07-17-2002 05:47 PM

mine ran 123 mph las week i think im ready:D

enticer 07-17-2002 10:40 PM

merlin......tell me what it's like to hit an Ohio Woodstick fish at that speed. I keep pushing them away from the boat and docks and I know they are ending up down that way...:)

Did anyone hear or read about the houseboat in Pgh that blew up (propane tanks) and caught the docks and other boats on fire?

Reindl Powerboats 07-18-2002 05:41 PM

Charlie,
We will see you there!

Allan4 07-18-2002 06:21 PM

Eman, Eman, Eman..............you know better schvants face. The guy wonders off to his little hut in the woods for 6 months and the first peep we hear out of him is banging on ole' A4. Bad idea. Your just just pissed because the ****ter you installed your 1982 Dodge Caravan keeps acting up. Probably has something to do with your 350 lb. girlfreind with three nipples who sleeps next to you in the passenger seat and *****es non stop becasue the automatic lube dispenser on her favorite dildo (other than you) the "Tarantula" is seemingly not pumping out the 6 gpm as avertised......:D

Want some more...........Eeeeeeeeman:D :D

Chris, I'll call you tonight/tomorrow. Later all.......A4

Reindl Powerboats 07-18-2002 07:57 PM

Reindl Powerboats 07-19-2002 10:07 AM

Allan4 07-19-2002 06:10 PM

Sea Ya 07-21-2002 01:15 AM

Winner

Just got in from the Cincy Poker Run. Drew three sixes and won third prize- $500
The "Sea Ya" Scarab kicked butt all day too. Too much fun. Don't miss it next year.

eliminator219 07-21-2002 08:34 PM

"And the winner is"

Sea Ya,
Congrats on the three sixes, can dig that but find it hard to believe you kicked butt on the cats,That is if the ones that say they can run over 120 were there..:D :D
How was the river today? lot of floating stuff in it? Anyway, glad to hear you got your money plus back!!;) ;)
eliminator219

Sea Ya 07-21-2002 09:29 PM

I got all the little cats, not Charlie and Dave and the new Sanger and another 28 Daytona. Scorched "B" group.
I was in the wrong group. Ran
away fron them and cought most of the "A" group which had a ten minute head start.
What a great poker run. Can you spell Scarab?

rbtnt 07-21-2002 09:40 PM

See Ya - Congrats on the cards.

I was the other 28 Daytona. You looked great out there yesterday.

See you at Cumberland.

rbtnt

Reindl Powerboats 07-22-2002 12:32 AM

You guys did look good out there. What a blast of a weekend. It will take us a day to regroup after that much sunshine. See you guys in Cumberland or on the river before.

Congrats on the sixes!

jdnca1 07-22-2002 08:47 AM

I rode in khadleys 33 eliminator for the first half of the run, when we breaked for lunch the first 6 boats back were cats;) :D  then there was about a 5 minute wait for the V's to start showing up from the "A" group.

Sea Ya 07-22-2002 11:05 AM

I liked that 28' Bat Boat with the open cockpit. How did it do?

merlin540 07-22-2002 03:51 PM

it was fun starting dead last and running through the pack. i have never done that before and it was cool i am glad everyone had fun and was safe. the old yellow american offshore is bad ass. i am impressed with its rough water performance. i cant wait to get my 32 skater running for the cumberland poker run:D

WILDTHING TAZ 07-22-2002 10:10 PM

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU GET FOR 400.00. THAT IS A LOT FOR A POKER RUN(UNLESS YOUR POKER RUN AMERICA).PLEASE CONTACT ME AT [email protected]

Reindl Powerboats 07-23-2002 11:03 AM

The 28 is our production boat and is typically made in an open canopy format. Each boat is custom built to the customer's specifications. The 28 is more suited as a pleasure boat although that one is also the current APBA Offshore P4 2001 World Champion.
Chris 513.706-3199

merlin540 07-23-2002 12:25 PM

i rode in a batboat and i was impressed to say the least. is is a rough water performer no questions asked;)

Reindl Powerboats 07-23-2002 07:08 PM
