I have seen a few guys try pro-comp heads because the price is just too tempting. Every one of them had some sort of issue with them. My 540 made 620 on the pro comps and enough torque to twist a rod in half and threw it through the pan. Lol

I guess I should mention that all of the issues other than the out of location combustion chamber where correctable. And after the repairs where made they all ended up as functional cylinder heads.
