I got the gimble bearings and washers you sent this morning at 9:00! I haven't opened the package yet but I'm sure those washers are a pretty easy install---right ?

Yes, don't even pull the cylinders off the boat, just unscrew the end caps, insert spacer, tighten. The only problem is the spanner wrench needed.
