Question beav's got my boat for sale again!

If anyone wants to see my 27 Fever, beavboats just listed it again yesterday, 7/16/02, on traderonline. By the way, ITS NOT FOR SALE! Buttheat Beav doesn't even know who the owner is. I have already ask him to take it off traderonline, twice! I have never even asked this clown to broker it for me and as I 've already said, its not even for sale! If your wondering, yes, I'm sure it is my boat.

I am looking forward to taking this guy out. I already have what I need This is the email I sent to him

Hey I just have been informed that you have a couple boats listed for sale that ARE NOT for sale by the owners. Sounds like Bait and switch to me. Better watch you step pal as we are watching you. Keep it up and we will notify all apropriate authorities!!! Now what boat is it? I will leave that for you to figure out. Better remove all the ones that you have not been contracted to sell as to avoid any proplems. Scum like you has no business being in this country let alone taking advantage of people. Get a life jerk.

Bob , Everything is for sale .

Haven't you heard ??

Money makes the world go....no , no..

Money is the root of all.....no , no

MONEY IS GOD , Thats it

Beerock , My house wasn't for sale either. But when my agent showed up with a buyer with some mad money the deal was sealed.

Oh and Bob , Try calling the guy as a buyer and ask some questions then ask to see the boat , when the guy gives you a story then tell him nevermind , It's already in my driveway , Do you want to buy it from me..?

Bob_t,

Is this it?

http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/4/9/960949.htm

If so, I called the Beav on it, he didn't know what power it had (surprise), options (surprise), etc. He wants me to send him an e-mail with my questions and he'll get them answered "in the owner's own words."

If it's your boat, I'll see if I can get some further info from the Beav - then maybe the appropriate authorities may be able to do something. I'm no lawyer, but I believe that trying to sell something that does not belong to you or that you are not contracted to sell is fraud.

Yep Bob that was the 27 I contacted the beav about in April. He didnt know what power the boat had in it then either. He said he would be glad to ask the owner if only I put down a deposit. Yeah right! I think you should go after him.
