whats up guys!
just wondering if anyone else on this forum races/ rides motorcycles and atv's?

I race and ride all through out the north east coast.
I was in wild wood for thunder in the sand and I took an overall 4th place home....heres a couple links........

ya i put my helmet on the side for the summer, the next time I ride will be a month before "thunder in the sand" in wild wood NJ

that race is in october, I plan to practice on the trails of lakewood/tomsriver (sarco , gliddens)

beerock, my whole family is involved, just not racing. I told my kids that if we were to race, we would have to give up boating and that did not sit good.

I ride 2 times a week and race twice a month here in South Florida at Pepsi Air Dania,Immocalee,Okeechobee,and do once in a while woods riding at Croom State park in Tampa , Fla.

I have a Tricked out TM 250 2002 model "works" race bike.It is Italian made with Ohlin Suspension and hand made tricked out parts.I got turned on to this bike since I am a custom boat builder and liked the look of this MX bike and it is the only one in South Florida.It is always the most talked about bike at the track.I will try to post a photo later.You can see the bike on www.twsusa.com the importer for the bike in California.I just ordered a 2003 TM 250 for September delivery.

I dont know if you guys checked out all the links i posted so heres my bike :)

those links are sick though, it shows my crash frame by frame on the one link, im lucky I came out of that crash unharmed.....(scroll down on the link that says jack frost crash pics)-it shows frames of my crash...

its insane the mark up on prices they have for atv parts....

I think im in the 17,000 range by now

i ride my banshee every weekend during the "non boating season". Me and my buddies (who have banshee's and raptors), usually will ride in Jersey.......Egg Harbor, Millville, Forked River. It is about 1.5 hrs from philly so we make a day trip out of it.

BTW....that 250r looks pretty bad!!! we'll have to meet up so you can show us where else there is to ride over that side of the river.

Hey guys I have a 02 crf450R that I race in central PA i Qualified for lorettas but can not make it this year. I ran at steel city for qualification in C class Nice rides everyone and have fun

duuude for everyone who doesnt know, the crf450r that warlock has is the motor us atv racers have been waiting for(and the yamaha guys are cringing about)

I have a friend at honda r&d who I keep asking about that motor in a quad frame but I never get a answer out of him, I remeber A long time ago he said something about it.....

I read in dirtwheels that yamaha has been working on getting the yz426 in a atv frame, if honda doesnt do it. well, honda wont reign supreme.....:(

for those who dont know suzuki prettty much dethroned honda with the new z400, although the bike is really 5% and rider is 95%.

What is "thunder in the sand"?? What date in October? that's the time we usually start riding again. We'll make a weekend out of it if it's in Wildwood :D

I checked out your links......pretty big air!!! What does it take to enter that Wildwood race? Are there different classes? Is there any info on the web you can point me to??

Also...i see you have an East Coast ATV decal on the honda......do you know dave? Sometimes i hang out with him up the tullytown cove on the River.

I've talked to dave before, he hooked me up with dealer cost on some hinson billit parts for my bike, because I was in the local newspaper for a atv park with that sticker on the bike......

Yea...i saw the crash....pretty cool :p

Last time that happened to me the quad landed on my head/helmet and knocked me out :( The first thing i said when my buddies woke me up was "is my bike OK?" ;)

went to jackfrost 2 weeks ago--that double is sick--from what i hear the medi-vac helicopter visits periodicly---any other good places to ride--northern nj--ny area--i'm from ct--it takes 2hrs to get to jack with no traffic--we camp at fern ridge at least one night so we don't have to drive 4plus hrs and ride all day--i just got a new CR250-haven't rode it yet--the new YZ450 was my 1st choice but it's not avail. yet--john

I will email you next time I go up,Maybe next week.I go up with a group of friends that are all in the boat buisness or race boats themselves.I heard they were putting up a Supercross track near croom.I want to race at Dade city on a Saturday night while in the area.

Hey Jo - I'll be down in the Keys next week but anytime after that. They just built a new motorcross track in Pinellas Park. Hav'nt rode it yet but Mark Spates (Extreme Powerboats) say's it's a pretty good track. It's down by Marks shop. Dave Warden
