Yes you are right. Pure Platinum Skater should be on the list.

I will have to look for the HP.

Tommy at Chief had an article or Youtube on the upgrade.

Yes on both. U coming to Desert Storm?

I have the time clocked out from work. I am trying for sure.

I also want to go to the Miami boat show this year. You would think living in Florida it would be easy but Miami is not that close.

Where would be the best place to stay during the shootout? This is going to be my first visit so I would appreciate some help. Somewhere with boat slip and parking for trailer.
Thanks,
Michael

The ledges condos. Find on VRBO. Leave trailer at PB2 State Park in Osage Beach.

Bullhead, I found it and it's a big upgrade. If Pure Platinum ran 186mph with 1350hp what do you think he will run with Chief 1600's?

"Hoftstetter also was proud of the new 1,600-hp engines he installed in Bill Pyburn’s 38-foot Skater Powerboats catamaran Pure Platinum for the poker run. The 572-cubic-inch engines with Whipple Superchargers and Hofstetter’s electronic engine system management reportedly make 1,600 hp on 93-octane fuel"

Story was in Speed on the Water by Matt I think.

Just around the corner folks. A few of us are even doing mods and testing. We went 131mph with the current setup Saturday in a simulated "Shootout" run.

I think we will see a 220mph run this year and at least 2 boats go over 200mph.

Add/Subtract to the list if you know who is coming/not coming.
