Michael, even if you don't make a run, you should experience the west side.
The waters are usually so calm here there is usually a fleet of boats anchored in front of the Lani Kai.
It is a short walk to the tiki bar for beverages, and there is plenty of beachy activity
including live bands.

Very unique. Every single boater in the country needs to experience it. :daz:

Ditto, what the FMO guys said, it's beautiful over here, we'll be going on the March 2nd run, come on down and try it, bunch of nice people.

Make time to do it Mike. You won't regret it. Then you will know where you like to go when you do have time off.

Sleep? Plenty of time for that in 50 years. Red Bull gives you Horsepower!

And if you don't know it, pulling an empty trailer a long distance sucks ass. You might consider removing the tires from the front two axles giving you a little more tongue weight, and loading the suspension on that third axle for less bounce.

Don't let "pie-boy" scare you with that trailer trash talk! I was concerned that an empty trailer was going to beat me up when I went down to pick ours up, that really wasn't the case. Just steer clear of those Waffle Houses and everything will be fine!
Steve
P.S. I was down around Cape Coral last month to check it out, the water was beautiful! We're just trying to find a home rental so we can go back with the AT. By the way, my trailer is a tandam, so your ride may vary!

Congrats on the new boat! If you want I have a warehouse and we have 4 boats that stay here for the winter months, if you want keep the boat down here in Fl. For another month or two and fly down and use it. Some great boating in this area, and you can do the season opener with FPC on the season opener in St Pete, April 12 - 14 then MAy 31 do Jacksonvliie and go home from there for the summer.
