HGE exhaust manifolds??
 

Has anybody ever herd of these guys or know what to expect? Im kinda on a budget with building my 408sbc and Im looking at some exhaust. I have the IMCO stainless risers that fit on the stock manifolds right now and need some new manifolds and would love some aluminum ones. The GLM manifolds wont be available for a long time from what Dennis Moore says...

So the HGE are the only manifolds left that will fit my stainless risers and that are aluminum are the HGE from michiganmotorz...

Any help would be great!

I took some steel ones off of my Sutphen and replaced them with HGE's aluminum ones. Haven't run the boat yet but will see in a few weeks. The old steel HGE manifolds ran fine, I just wanted to shed some of that weight.

Thats kinda what im going for is the weight savings... I know i need to get more of a performance exhaust with 375-400 ponies... but i cant get the $$$ to do so.

Do the HGE have the dividers in the manifold like GLM or are they open log like stock Merc parts?

Yeah... those would be great... but I would have to buy the 700 dollar risers to go with though...
