Looks like the video of the Yacht in Russa that ran over the swimmers. What is someone doing that close to shore running boat like that with surfers all around. I guess if you have enough to own a half million or more dollar boat low life surfers are of no concern. Or money does not buy a brain.

If this guy doesn't kill himself one day he will kill someone else!
