I'd agree completely!! Water conditions or not, in the pleasure boat world even out east, Tony has a lot more talent than most of the guys out there!!!

I seriously doubt with a customer in the boat that they were running anything like they were "racing" just out having fun like everyone else.
RD Tony is a very close friend of mine, and we have talked many times about this, I've told him that the only way that boat will get REAL respect is to go out and run that boat in Super Cat... And he agrees!!! |

Well then it would be safe to say that everything is irrelevant!!!

And he agrees!!! I'd focus on my market of providing high end pleasure boats to people that want the extra attention to detail in a quality product. Seems to have worked for the company so far. They keep getting better and better as does the boats. RD |

If I was DCB I'd have exactly zero interest in racing super cat.. That is irrelevant, because how many people actually go out and run their boats like that?

I don't know Dave, but from the wake in that picture it looks like you guys may have been waiting in the wings and when you saw them all coming you popped out in front of them and said "Look, we're ahead of everyone)! :D
Okay, just kidding but hey, if you really want to get some salt time in those DCB's bring em out to Dana for Memorial Day. We'll have our usually suspects out there running up and down the coast and maybe hit Catalina. I've never seen a DCB running out there so it'd be cool to see how they do. |
At least they found the channel. Half of the locals miss it normally. :evilb:

A bunch of boys from CA, that have no idea where they are going. :D Have limited experience in the big blue, literally LED a pack of True Tunnel, and in some cases offshore race boats in the poker run? Now I know it's not a race, and I'm sure they weren't in it to win it, nor was anyone else.. But c'mon guys this is just embarassing.. I guess a picture really does say a 1000 words. :D http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8381/8...eaa657f4_o.jpg RD |
