Mine has frozen up if it leave it on MAX all night. just off of max and it will not freeze over.

The AC in mine is sitting under the Vbirth, and has a big open square vent for a return vent. I know its not the restriction.

Now the cold air is only going to 2 round air vents. so maybe the cold side is the problem? is this what you added? just split off the cold side to make another vent? and it flows better?

if so i want a vent IN my v birth so bad.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the square return air vent but could be wrong. My set up is just like yours but my thermastat is digital and i usually set it around 70. It would be nice to have another vent located in the vberth.
