LEOPA poker run
 

I know it's listed in the other section, but I'm looking for more who,what, where, when, and how on this topic. I'd like to come over for this. Anyone have some info, please.

This is one of the best runs anywhere and its cheap ! Well
organized, the legs are the right length and a good mix of
boats. I'm just praying for a little less heat, the racy red
upholstery is starting to come back to haunt me, whatever
happen to 85 degree afternoons wow , sunday was hot!!!

YES ,,,, Do LEOPA .... It compares favorably to Smoke on the water @ a fraction of the cost !!!!!!!

August 2nd, 3rd, 4th. Party with band on firday night, saturday poker Run, lunch at Hoster's in downtown toledo, We will run about 100 miles for the poker run if it is a good day. If it is very rough the course will be adjusted. We will have a prime rib or stuffed chicken dinner saturday night with another band and party. awards will be given out sunday morning. There will be 3 top cash prizes and many other smaller prizes. Teague has given us 3-$100 gift certs, plus many more prizes. It is always a great time and great people to boat with.

yep . . .did the run last year with jim runion, had an awsome time. and yes it is VERY well run. got my seat reserved on tizbads cat . . .well tenativly :rolleyes: :D :D

Thanx for all the replies--- I was all pumped about this and started calling around to set up a crew. It seems that this past weekend 2 of my buddies who are getting married decided that we should go to PIB for their stags. Since I'm standing up, I guess I'll be one of the boats bringing everyone over. This is good and bad--- didn't want to miss either of these 2 events. Perhaps next year--- if all my buddies would quit getting married, I'd at least be able to party in the summer-- their women don't plan well around prime dates:mad: . I had to come home from PIB saturday morning for a wedding---missed the best night for christmas in july, damn. Sorry just venting a little.
Anyway have a good run on 2,3,4, and I hope i see some pics/interesting stories:p
