finding the right boat
 

I have come to the conclusion that finding the right boat for a good price is not going to be easy.clean taken care of boats are few and fare between in my area.

Are you in NYC? Try upstate. Lake George, Western NY, 1000 islands, Finger lakes, and Oneida lake are full of clean well cared for, salt free boats.

I agree if you are in the city that the boats are not taken care of well. But when you spend all your time in traffic, cleaning and maintaining a boat seems trivial :lolhit:

I've found most people who can't find the right boat tend to be overly picky on top of overly cheap. Add those 2 together and the right boat will never exist.

Just missed a 29 Outlaw with steering and 454 mags for sub 30 on trailer in CNY

Talk to some of the dealers and shops up that way (performance marine etc) see if anyone is looking to move up or down outta something come spring. Things come off the market in the winter only to come back on in the spring

i dont have a ton of time to drive all over the country looking at boats due to work schedule.would be willing to pay someone some cash if they help with finding me one

I'm in Texas and have the same problem.

So what I do is get them from Arizona/Lake Havasu. The guys out there are what I call "prune pickers". Boats are cleaner than a virgin Pu**y and usually very custom.

One of the cleanest and most custom 29 Fountains I have ever seen is forsale out there right now. Even the aluminum trailer has been polished!

My 9 year old says that a RITE boat sounds like a boat brand and the RIGHT boat is what you might be looking for.. welcome to 3rd grade.

craigs list south jersey has a 28 baja with twins about 2 minutes from my house. It is stored inside with trailer pretty clean boat with 540's i believe. Price is 22,500 but i think there is wiggle room there. In the add he is calling it a 30 but i believe it is really a 280Sport. The guy is a fanatic with his cleaning of the boat.

no response from either of these

both really lol the 55 is on loan witch is like my second house and the rest was cash.
