Paging Sonny Spectre 30
Sonny,
Nice to see you at Norman Sunday.
I got to tell you that your cat is one of the best looking rides I have seen. That is one class act.
Enjoyed the cruise south with you guys. Thanks for not running off and leaving us.
Catch you next time.
Mark

Hey Mike,
Sorry we missed you. We will be back out this Saturday & Sunday.
There are really no places to stay on the lake. The only motel is the Lake Norman Motel. It ain't fancy at all, but the resturant is very good.
People do stay at Mid Town and Queens landing sometimes even though they posted "No Overnight Stays".
There are several hotels off exit 36, I-77 which are only about five miles from the lake. I have had friends stay in that area before.
The wife and I use to always anchor in a protected cove, but we bought a membership at the Yacht Club this year. Very nice docks, water and shore power, free pump out, very nice resturant and bar, pool, restrooms & showers.
It works great for us, but it is not a party place. We will go to the Rusty Rudder or Mid Town for the band and excitement, and then go dock up for a good nights sleep.
Hope to see you out there.
Mark & Tommie

It was nice hooking up with you guys at the lake this weekend. Baja Boss, it was a nice run up the lake. We ended up rafting up with Sunsation 32 at the sandbar that afternoon. Met some more good people this weekend. I like lake Norman-lot's happening. It was a long haul 3 HRS each way for me to go and come in one day. I know I will split it up next time.
Sunsation 32-We stayed at the Hampton Inn on HWY 150/77
interchange just up from Queens landing last time. Barand new Hotel and plent of room for the boat.
Se ya soon!

Sun 32,
Yes we have the American flag on each side of the bow.
Baja 36 Outlaw with SST graphics, black, red and blue.
Sorry we missed you guys. Our eyes were on Sonny's boat.
Let us know if you are going to be around this weekend.
We are trying to decide whether or not to get into the big raft up Saturday. They are trying for 800 boats this year. I believe they hit 700 last year.
Take care,
Mark

I don't plan on going at this point. I am going to the Lake Lanier Poker Run the next weekend. Sorry that I will miss running in to you. Let me know when you are going out some time and we will meet up.
