Your boat is very nice and you should be proud of it. The only challenge here is when you advertise a top speed you open yourself up to criticism and there is always someone out there that is bigger, faster, stronger, etc... But still a nice ride. Enjoy.

Its not Brandon "advertising" the top speed of his boat. Lookin' good B. And I LOVE the sun pad. |
Red hatch, 90 MPH hatch, either way you've got it on a 38 Top Gun that has THE most timeless & known graphic package on a Cigarette!
Again, congrats on the boat, can't wait to see it this summer. |

This picture hangs in my office, the best graphics package that Cigarette ever offered. 90 MPH was almost a magic threshold for a pleasure boat at the time. This boat, and the scene from "Miami Vice" where Tubs & Crocket we're heading to the Bahamas with Russ Ballard's "Voices" playing is why I own a "Cigar" boat!!!. It does not get any better than that, those two images are stuck in my head!!! CLASSIC!!!! BLee, OUTSTANDING on several levels!!!! Robbie

Love the boat! Classic and modern but keeping it clean.
Confused a bit though... Running 90mph and tachin' out at 900rpm? Is that just a top speed recall on the GPS? |

The paint is timeless but the real beauty of that boat is the simplicity. Boat runs 90 mph and is doing it with simple power (no blowers, no #6's, 87 octane fuel, warranty etc). That boat should run hundreds of hours before tearing into it for maintenance.
The expense of big power is two fold, one side is the money but the other is the reliability and ability to simply fire it up at a moments notice and go. Plenty of guys have figured out a slower day of boating is nicer than wrenching after 8 minutes of uber speed then boom. |
