what should i look for when viewing powerquest

Hello everyone I will be going to look at a 2003 powerquest 280 silencer with 496 ho.about 300 hours fresh water.any areas that I should look for when viewing?also any opinions on this boat would be great http://www.boattrader.com/listing/20...983/?zmc=cfem1
