Those are 3 of the most helpful posts I've read in a long.
I would try going into the area that allows you to edit your profile and see if it allows you to change your name at that level.

And it does have to be changed by IT. It's not a user option.

Ha! I missed it......thanks "deep" for copying that! LOL

L4C....there is no way we are family! You spell things funny (with extra letters like "colour), I have exclusive rights to "chaos" names on OSO, and......well, quite frankly my last name is before yours alphabetically. :) :)
