While running at speed the thruster will be out of the water and should not change any performance characteristics of the bottom. The front of each thruster tube will have a flare built into it, this will redirect the water when it hits the bow and stop water from eating the back of the tube.

Some progress and steps towards completion. Once again the final piece will have a flare at the front of the thruster tube to prevent water from hitting the rear of the thruster tube. This will result in a smoother / quiter ride.

dam I hate to see holes cut in fiberglass......but you gotta do what ya gotta do.in my case when I cut holes in f-glass.messure 6times,,,,or more.then cut hole.chit gives me the willeys.lol
