maybe on the bottom of the boat, but it would be a wild ride on the top deck if your feet were wet.

That's awesome! Boat may reach 25 mph just pushing off the dock.

Will wash off from friction on the hull. It doesn't wear well, it's made for stationery things, like walls. But, it is slippery as hell....

If it did survive under water it could serve two benefits . First reduce friction second would it repel algae or prevent osmosis .

Would be interesting to try. I've used Gel Coat labs Polish/sealer for a few years on the hull now. It's not Nano Tech, but it doesn't come off easy. I got nearly a second season on the hull before last year. Possibly because of it's sealant properties.

If this stuff worked better it would be incredible.
