I still have not figured out how you buy a company with borrowed money, buy another couple of companies with borrowed money, run it all into bankruptcy, get sued buy the people you borrowed money from, then buy all the other companies with one of the bankrupt companies that you bought with borrowed money that is bankrupt. sorry I lost my scorecard so I may have missed a few loans or bankruptcy's somewhere along the way.

None of them have any legacy at this point. It would be one thing if they were improving upon things, but clearly it is going the other way. My bet is within a year, all three will be bankrupt again, sold, blah blah blah nobody cares anymore.
