For those going on Desert Storm Poker run
 
Since the Event information for Desert Storm is listed as such:
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM ? Afternoon Run, no official start due to permit rules, take your time and enjoy the cruise!

So even though there is no official start you still have to have on your life vests or you will be disqualified
i never did get an answer as to when the run was officially over, but it isn't after you get your last card, (even if heading back down the channel )

If you go to a card stop without vests,you probably wont get a card and your boat # will be turned in.:poopoo:
