2470 miles, 36 hrs, which is why I most likely will never be there with a boat. The videos on the web look like an amazing event. Do you guys just tell unattractive women to stay home? I have to see one on camera out there :D

Was there last year without a boat but with a bum leg and still enjoyed all the eye candy. I definitely plan on coming back with the boat but from Pittsburgh, will be a long drive.

Havasu or Powell ??????

671 miles 11 1/2 hours to Havasu.....Never been to D/S but I'm sure absolutely crazy and very crowded. FUN

OR

390 miles 7 hours to Bullfrog.... Quiet, laidback, not crowded. FUN

I'm torn. My wife and I both have the time off. We are going to one or the other. Just not sure about all the crowds on the ramps and camp spots and such down at Havavsu. Any thoughts from people who have been to D/S?
