He's alive they are trying to negotiate with him police scanner is far more accurate then all these news stations. They have no clue they popped flash bangs they thought it was possibly more gun fire.

The media needs to shut the heck up until they have something coherent to say. They broke into regular tv to babble the same crap over & over almost word for word for the last 2hrs. He is supposedly trapped inside a shrinkwrapped cruiser in a back yard, tear gas the prick & be done with it!!!
