obnoxus 05-05-2013 04:03 PM

Seems very easy to do after running there last year

johnnyboatman 05-05-2013 07:19 PM

the boat crash at 2am is bad enough, but those alligators in that water would had made me scared to get off that boat.

phragle 05-05-2013 07:26 PM

thats gonna leave a mark....

26 REDLINE 05-05-2013 07:56 PM

defiantly, and :poopoo: moment shame to see Charlies old Cig like she is, that boat has been to Mexico for Margaritas not once but twice, damn shame that someone couldn't be more responsible :angry-smiley-038:

LV 05-05-2013 08:33 PM

The dock at the corner on other side was hit, looks like it bounced off of that , spun and shot across the other side, boat was destroyed. From the damage to dock and boat, that boat was moving pretty damn fast.

caseyh 05-05-2013 08:43 PM

Everone is fine from the incident!

BY U BOY 05-05-2013 10:23 PM

That is tough to see, my first TF200 was on hat boat with Charlie.

caseyh 05-06-2013 01:30 AM

The boat has not been owned by the marina or run since Charlys death for the record also.

LAriverratt 05-06-2013 06:24 AM

Sad to see that boat like that! it wasn't associated with the marina anymore just very disappointing to see.

Glad there were no real injuries to talk about. they call that dead mans curve but never been a fatality there to my knowledge.

Biggus 05-06-2013 06:33 AM

Sad but glad to hear there wer no serious injuries. -That boat sure has had a colorful past. There's a pic floating around of it high and dry up on a breakwater.

carter38 05-06-2013 07:15 AM

The funniest part about that incident is when he showed up at the next poker run with the big vinyl band aid graphics on the hull.

I could be wrong but I think he only actually made it to Mexico once. First time he lost an engine and had something like an 18 hour idle back. Been a while since I heard the story though.

LAriverratt 05-06-2013 12:54 PM

He did do it twice, breaking his record on the second successful trip. the first attempt story is in here too.
