supercharged 540
 

I'm getting ready to sell a super charged 540 and I'm not sure what to ask so i was hoping someone can put me in the ball park as to what to ask for a quick sale,below is a description of the engine. Engine and trans are very complete including alternator,starter and wiring harness. The engine has very low hours. I was told it was originally built by Troy Dennis and used a few time and put in storage. I did pull the pan and verify what is in it and appears to be fresh. can be started on a custom stand it sits on that goes with it.

- Tall deck bowtie race prep block with splayed billet main caps casting 24502506
- Callies crank/oliver rods/JE piston
- Merlin iron heads/severe duty valves/titanium retainers
- Crower shaft roller rocker arms
- roller cam
- polished Moonyham 14-71 blower
- polished super chiller
- throttle body fuel injection with harness and ECU
- Kieth Eckert cast 10qt oil pan with front mount external oil pump
- Kieth Eckert sea pump
- Older Super cyborg with low hours
- dual cooler bell housing
- ARE valve covers with oil feeds

sounds like someone spent 30,000+ thousand BUT used expect 1/3 fwiw if you get 10-12K you will be doing good

not sure why someone would put iorn heads on that build and that hurts the value,imo 12 or 13 k as is,15 k with good aluminum heads.good luck on the sale,i think it will sell.ps,sell the trans seperate or you will give it away.
