I think you'll get at least 1MPG, but I think that thing will be a handful around the docks with one screw.

Also - I'd be all over that thing with a moisture meter. Depending on who did the work it could be a nightmare.

I got 1.8 mpg with a 468 on a 23.5 foot Baja. A big 30 ft heavy cc with a 516 will be thirsty for sure. I would guess and its a wild guess at 1.25 mpg. If it has a t-top that drags too. It would be nice with 2 300hp vrods but expensive.

Those boats are not that heavy for a 30 foot boat. I think replacing the 150 gallon tank with 100 gallon was a mistake! I would walk away - sounds like a poorly planned project!
