I agree 99.9 % don't like the change. But maybe, just maybe things will get better as the I.T. types complete the transition and a few weeks down the road things will be good. Also in business I cannot recall a software change that pleased everyone. The 62K is an OSO number they post.

And I agree with you that after a bit of time the geek squad will work out the parts that don't work.
( in my opinion there shouldn't be a lot to work on after letting it go out , but that's a whole other subject)
But I repeat. The customers don't like the total appearance and I don't think that's the part that the IT guys are working on.
I bet if a rep from head office said they were going to change the readability of it or whatever everyone doesn't like about its appearance then the customers might just be patient enough to wait.
But I very much doubt that is in the works.

Is this site now being managed by the white house? Another administration that doesn't care what the people think! They seem to think they know whats best for the rest of us and give it to us no matter wha we say. Quesion.....Why did they even ask if we liked it and start this thread if they had no intention of responding?
