thats up to you ,,when you seal them with the silicone the water wont wheep through the threads and rust the heads and seize..i would keep a eye on them if you dont see anything seeping by the threads then they should be ok..if you do then take them out in the torque sequence and reseal them..

I dont believe the threads go into the water jackets on those heads, but some enter the valley area where oil can seep.
Liquid teflon or rtv on those does the trick

I am not sure where they go - I did test the holes with a wire first and some of the holes go through the head so I used the spray gasket. If it does not work I will pull them one at a time, add RTV, and re-torque. The above comment makes sense - just keep an eye on the bolt heads to see if I see anything weeping.
