I have had hoses made locally at an Ace hardware store. They even had stainless fittings. That was years ago and I found them in the yellow pages.

Any tractor/equipment dealership (Cat, JD, Komatsu, etc) will be able to make hoses in house.

Parker or Aeroquip shop can do it also.

They aren't too hard to make either. The hardest part is cutting the hose.

Doug, I had all new ones made by Pirtek in elk grove. I'm pretty sure there is more than one location

NAPA auto parts can make them as well. The hose is USCG approved too. Its expensive though.

I have a crimper for our trucks and equipment, its not hard to make them, but you do need a specific crimper for the specific hose you have. There are tolerances that need to be met. That said i'm sure there are plenty of people in your area who can make a hose for you. Almost any equipment repair place can, as well as many NAPA auto parts stores. If available I would look for a PARKER hose store or someone who uses parker hose and fittings, they are a much better quality hose and fitting than gates and a few others out there. I have used different brands and had issues with the others until I found Parker. I have a Parker crimper and use them to supply me. I do believe they are marine rated fitting also, you can ask them. Also take your old hose to them when you need the replacement made, many times you need to clock the fittings to the correct angle so the hose will fit without any issues.
