Is 640 HP enough to get a 23 footer over 100?

I mean, with the smaller bullet of the Alpha it might be possible but I am just wondering....

Allisons run a 100 all the time on shallow pad Vs...Although I am not sure what this hull will do as far as chine walking to get to 100.
