35' boat and 16 people onboard crashes

You would think that with 16 people on board someone would notice another boat coming at you

Growing up in Miami I have seen a lot more people on even smaller boats, and I ain't talkin about the flotilla, they pack um in for a day of boating...

About 16 people ? I hope their wasn't 17, or should I say " about 17 ". That struck me as a little odd. Is it just me, or does anybody else find it strange that their was "about " 16 people on board. I think the operator of the boat should know how many people are on his boat.

Maybe they wanted to get rid of that one guy, If this didn't work they'd say, Oh yeah, it was 17.....They where all probably looking back for the Fountain with the "90 MPH" Paint Job :)
