Xtreme racing catamarans

I was looking at an Xtreme 21. www.xtremeracingcats.com Do you have any feedback on these? Is there any drawbacks to a cat with a single? Would these be squirrelly in choppt water?

copy of a 21 skater from what i hear . lot's of them down here in south florida miami area . nice boat and priced rite for what it is.

There is an Extreme 21 listed for sale in Kingston Ontario. It is not my boat but this link has nice close ups of the interior/exterior
