I'd rather have this new boat
http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o51857-en.html
And enough cash for fuel, insurance, food, booze, etc for years and years.

I've owned 3 Baja and can't say anything bad about them. I bought 2 new and one used. I didn't get hurt very badly on both the new ones.
That said, I can't see paying that $ for a new one. I really don't think they sell for list price though, do they? Does any boat sell for list?
Unless I won the lottery I would never buy a new one as there are so many good deals on used boats now.

That boat was at Ft. Lauderdale and Miami shows. It is not worth $92,000! The seats were not nice, had a cheap feel, the motor lid did not fit the boat and was a slab of vinyl that looked like crap, the motor compartment was a wreck and where the liner came to the side of the boat it was filled in and gel coated over. Cabin cushions fit like they were for another boat and the stitching was all over the place on all the seats inside and out. It painted with a cheezy graphic on it.
By the way, the other boats they had at both shows looked 10 times worse, the seats in the other boats were these horrible weird looking blocks with little color and to short for a normal person and they stuck big stickers on the side of the boat and said it gave you a choice of graphics that were better than gel coat graphics, the dash panels were these cheap looking thin steel plates with everything stuck on them, windshield was loose on 2 of the boats and the windscreens looked like a blind person put them on, cockpit carpets were 6 inches to short at the back bench seat in all of them. The prices were crazy expensive for Baja on all the models.
These are just my observations and opinions, I am sure someone else saw it differently, but this is NOT the Baja people are used to.
