Inexpensive sturdy prop mount.

A trip to the hardware store and a couple bucks. 1/2 pipe worked perfect for my OMC prop shaft. Used galvanized, a wrap of duct tape around the pipe to cushoin the splines. I cut a small piece of foam rubber that goes under the prop and another that goes on top between the prop and the cotter pin that keeps it in place.

Looks good..............but, uh..........

Why three spare props?

Only two spares. One stainless is for heavy loads and pulling tubes etc. The aluminum is for the Chain of Lakes. Average depth is 3 or 4 feet. I just bought a Rev4 Im hoping will do double duty so Ill just have the aluminum prop on standby.

Dollar makes a real nice stainless one. It's not expensive by any means and OSO members get a discount!
