39 nortech or 39 outerlimits for sale

I cant find a cat so maybe I will have better luck with a V. Mild power up to 700s like to have a #6 boat. anything for sale not listed? 39 Nortech or 39 Outerlimits.

boating37 07-07-2013 11:15 AM

What kind of cat are you looking for? I have a 09 MTI 40 six Seater that has fresh zero hours on mercury 850s, killer 8 speakers/6 subs 3 amp system. Underwater lights , like new. I would sell. I have not used it once this year, just don't have the time.

boating37 07-07-2013 11:34 AM

39 NorTech V is a nice boat, I liked mine a lot, it has a big cabin and cockpit lots of room..

Tom A. 07-08-2013 08:19 AM

This to me looks like the perfect first cat.

With the #6s you can upgrade power down the road.

Bill fountain40 07-10-2013 06:37 AM

Whats the better boat? 39 Nortech vs 39 outerlimits vs 42 fountain all the same power.

302Sport 07-10-2013 09:58 AM

Here's some comps all with 700/NXT packages:

07 42 Fountains $219k

07 39 Outerlimits $270k

07 39 nortech $232k

I would say the pricing is in line with the quality of what you get with the Outerlimits being the best, the fountain is a production boat, so obviously lowest priced, and the nortech fits in the middle. Custom boat but not quite there with the Outerlimits. Some may disagree with the Outerlimits-nortech debate but that's just how I feel and I think the majority will feel the same way. Nortech is more of a wave crusher (Cadillacs) and the Outerlimits is more of a sports car with amenities (Porsche panamara)

for the OL price you can almost get in the 09 MTI w 700s - i own the boat if you want to discuss 314-420-2619 call or text

Orange quatro 07-10-2013 07:14 PM

I love my outerlimits, so i am a little bias. That being said, are you stuck on that power? I have 525s and am really happy with the turn key boating. The 700s are nice but i didn't see the spending the extra money not only for the up front cost but overall like when it comes to rebuilds etc. Call me to discuss. 484-357-3498. Brian

I think the Nortech is the highest quality boat in this group, the Ol is the best looking and the Fountain, the best bang for the buck.

So you can't post pics because you haven't sprung for a membership and you can't link to an ad here on OSO classifieds because you haven't sprung for one but you can derail almost every thread on here hawking your boat that you can't sell???

Fair enough... I used to be a member not quite sure why I am not any more, subscription ran out or I cancelled. Haven't had a need yet... But, motors will be in boat soon and I will post add on OSO so I will re-up my membership then. My motors have been at my builder's shop for 10 weeks. I am getting very upset that they are not in yet. Stopped by Fri and looked like they had started... Hope so.

You forgot to add all the problems he has had with said boat, yet he still high jacks all threads talking it up.

He hasn't had it long, it would make someone else a great boat :D

What problems? Only had one, bad fuel which resulted in complete refresh. Some of you bash me for trying to pose an alternative yet you say nothing about others posting their boats.

Doesn't matter, unless its a Nor-tech, Outerlimits or Skater with Mercury Power I am not interested .

When the thread says nortech or outerlimits. Nortech or skater there is no reason to pitch your talon. If the thread was dcb or eliminator then you have a alternative. But it does get really annoying when you hijack every thread were someone is looking for a boat were they are looking for something completely different than yours.

Motors are now in! Sea trial Weds. As to the people complaining that my boat isn't exactly what the OP posted, he wants a big cat -skater, etc for $160K. Tried to offer an alternative but he said he's not interested. Real class acts here putting my boat down and they don't know chit about it. It is a very good looking, powerful cat that has been GPS at 146mph. It is 10 ft 4 in wide, handles great too. Enough said. Mastercraft, thanks for your support!
