2 in 3 minutes. Not doing your homework for you. It's not one house there are many. Yes there are many that cost way more but the point is you can not find waterfront house prices anywhere in the country that rival here. Especially when adding on the length of boating season and the fact you can run to key west in 2 hours. Bahamas in an hour if you trailer 3. Or run the icw across and enjoy the ride.

Call Jim Agles 239-691-5225. He is a Realtor that has been in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area forever. He'll find you what you want. And when you get ready for a new boat, he's a Spectre dealer for boats by Jay Pilini.

There's nice places like you're looking for a little bit up river, it might be a few more minutes to get to the Gulf, it's like anything else, location costs money, the closer the house to the Gulf the higher the price, you need to get hooked up with a good realtor and tell them what you're looking for,.................................. I can tell you this it's beautiful down here and tons to do.

I'm up river by midpoint. I like it up there because I don't always run out to the gulf. Got a nice lil island close we like to go to a lot also. Plus I'm centrally located in the cape. Everything is short distance.
