I just picked up Never Wet 2 part kit at Home Depot for 20 bucks. I am going to use it on my lowers since that is the biggest contributor to drag. After reading the instructions it appears to be super easy to use. My only thought is that it may cause more cavitation based on the water blowing past/off the drive. If it does that, I can wipe it off with acetone. Won't be able to test until July 26th.

Some of the guys on this site who are into RCA boats should give it a try. That would be a smaller scale test to see if it would gain speed. All though I don't know much about rc boats and I'm not sure if they put little GPS units in them to have accurate speed data. I'm not sure if it would work on a full size boat or how long it would hold up, but I bet it makes an rc boat faster.

I was thinking about coating the toilet bowl with this stuff. Everything should flush easier.

I was thinking of spraying my cockpit cover with it.

This is weird, this looks like the same product, but you basically have to apply it with a BIO suit so you don't get chemical poisoning. Perhaps Rustoleum put some $$$$ on how to clean it up the nasty components. Perhaps GlassDave can give his opinion on this.
