Have you tried calling, or faxing them ?

Some companies have a hard time with e-mails.

Why on earth do they have e mail if they only answer it once or twice a month???? All it does is create confusion and pissed off customers and potential customers.

I heard these guys were real good, but I sent my mefi 2 to them 4 times for programming because they said they could tune it for my 250 B&M blowers (efi) They never got it right and it cost me 350.00 in overnight shipping plus the programiing, never again!!

i can't speak for these guys, but I can tell you from personal experience with e-mail tech questions that they can be a pain, and the people do not wait for a reply. I get about 100 to 150 e-mail tech questions per day, and try to answer them within 2 business days. I've gotten as many as 10 from the same person over a weekend complaining that he wasn't answered yet, only to have him call monday morning on the phone. I think most people are used to how quick, and easy they get answers from computer companies, and expect the same from everybody else. I know a lot of manufactures that will no longer answer tech questions via e-mail do to some of the confusions with it. I believe you're always better off speaking to some via phone, of try faxing them
