We wouldn't splash anything, everything they have is old technology.

The 42 for example hasn't been changed or updated since 04, you could by a 2004 42 or a 2014 42 & have the same boat. Technology has advanced a lot in 10 yrs.

So why didn't you improve the boat after 2004 while the company was still in your hands ? I'm asking this because you're claiming to be the best out there in the disclaimer in the initial post. Something like " the fastest, the best etc"

At the time that all this happened that design was only 5 yrs old not 9. I would imagine if it had stayed the way it was there would have been improvements. Look at mid 90s thru 2004 and how many times the bottom was improved. Give the man some credit. He constantly worked on improving that hull.
