With all due respect, who really cares, he doesn't own the molds, his ego kinda ran the company in the toilet...
He lost his company, the boat process is probably the same build process as they had them anyway. Who cares if he endorses them or not, of course he wouldn't endorse them...he's competing with them with RF!
This thread will turn into a cocktail party with plenty of Wine and cheese for all those who attend. It's been 3 years, build something new and shock the industry if you're so hell bent on it.

No.....Liberty (owners at the time) demanded that he sign one....he refused and that was the beginning of the end.....however since the name Fountain Powerboats is trademarked and part of the assets of the acquired company Reggie is quite restricted in using Fountain or its symbol in the promotions of his current venture
