LOTO Shootout Streaming over the Web...... Any Ideas?

Would like to see the activites at LOTO this year. I was hoping someone had a link or new of a way to stream one of the local channels from that area, anyone have anything?

Last year, I used the STICKAM app and it worked great. Just searched for Shootout.
