How do they differentiate between Professional, Non-Professional and Manufacturer??? At one time I thought that "Professional" was dedicated to canopy boats but apparently not....

All I know is most of the class winners haven't been updated since 2009.

what happened to c1p1 class. think I got that right. brendon won that but only at 117. seems like last year it was WAY higher than that. his eliminator 25 is way faster than that, or was looking to for steve in the rpm redline. was the water conditions bad? 26 and under cat with power adder class.

134 last year. what gives in this class this year. I guess everyone had issues with water or something!

The classes have evolved over the years, but they require continual updating, IMO.
I ran my 40 Skater with Merc. 1100's, 16.75x40 props on Saturday 2 runs, 143 and 146.
Sunday changed props to a 17x40 Herring 18 degree rake and ran 147.

I was in the NC4P2 class, along with all the other 1350 and 1650 boats:rolleyes:

Other boats I know of:
DCB M41, 1350's, 153 MPH
Dirty Duck 388 Skater, 1350's 147 with bad hop and wrong props (no test time)

Water conditions were good, but actually a bit too smooth on Sunday.
The naturally aspirated boats had to suffer this year as the heat and humidity were off the charts!
