One thing at a time. SC lower, offset the cost by selling the XR lowers while they are still intact. Try a couple of different 5 blades next. Last I would revisit the height after the above changes to see what it likes.

If all else fails, you'll still look pretty in Danny's boat. :party-smiley-004:

Spin them in and see if it makes a diff, tres told me the same thing go down a half inch more and try it. You dont need 5 blades it will give you too much stern lift. We talked before, shoot me a pm and we can go further, i have some other things i dont want to put out in public.

I have been waiting for you in here. I am thinking there is something there in the lower. The boat ran its best speeds with Kevs Maximus 5 blades (96mph) but the boat became unstable over 90. Again this was before the addition of the spacers so maybe the stern lift from the props would not cause the same effect this time.

Frank, didn't you already do this? I forgot what you said about switching them...

The reason it became unstable is it pushed stern up too high. Our boats need bow lift, less on yours because of the steps, but still need it none the less. You have most of the pieces just a little more tweeking.

Pm on its way, thanks Rob!

Agree with the stern lift with the 5-blades. We lost control running a set of Herring 27P 5-blades at over 100 MPH....wet your pants scary. Due to the stern lift, the boat felt squirrelly (not connected) and for me it wasn't worth the +2 MPH vs the 4 blade Bravo 1 labbed 28p. I am sure with the right bottom and set up, the 5-blades are the hot ticket. My suggestion is to borrow 5-blades or get in a prop swap program before you buy.
