Pretty sure most of sbi races are in open water. Some calm some rough.

Here's some telemetry from the Gurnsey race that Chief won, I thought it was pretty interesting. The image below shows the data taken from Cinzano from Poole to the Channel Islands (it's safe to assume that all the other boats experienced similar impacts). The readings are peak vertical g's, sampled every second (after 300 hz filter to remove noise and non-structural vibration).
Green is 0 to 4.999g
Yellow is 5 to 9.999g
Red is 10 to 16g
(16g is the max level the device can record)

I moved to Pewaukee about a year ago and one day I was driving down some random road in Brookfield/Elm Grove and looked over and saw what has to be your boat in the driveway. I or 2 houses off of the main east west road I was on. I was like wow you don't see a 36 Apache every day. And I knew you were probably a member but have never seen you post.

You have a good looking boat.

Quick update... I was perusing one of the "other sites" yesterday and noticed they've added a Chief section. After further investigation I learned that the "other site" approached Chief about adding a section for them instead of Chief having to approach the site about it.

Just an FYI OSO....

I don't understand what the criteria are for adding a brand to the site. Is there a list of requirements the brand has to accomplish, build a minimum # of boats, is it a popularity contest requiring a certain # of votes, is it a moderators discretion or an administrators? Does money have to change hands in the form of fees levied against the brand? I know Statement was able to eventually get in, what did it take, I wonder?

OSO is not really about us anymore, its a FOR PROFIT business, just like politics. Money and politics control OSO. Just the way of the world. Chief would have to play dirty, pad some pockets, get on their knees, and pull some strings to get a section.
